Office manager

Emily joined The Benyon Estate from a front of house position at a Shoreditch-based company in February 2018. Here, her responsibilities range from manning our front desk and supporting the core team with administrative tasks to assisting our residential and lettings managers.

Having previously owned and managed a chocolate company, Emily was keen to take on a role that demanded more of her time management and people skills. “I really like to be challenged in my work and was attracted to this position not only by the environment but also because of the level of responsibility it affords,” she explains.

The role includes ensuring that the estate office runs as smoothly as possible, directing calls, managing supplies and clerical requirements as well as ad hoc tasks such as organising the annual calendar of events for our tenants. Supporting our residential and commercial lettings managers, Emily also looks after other elements such as ensuring lease and tenant documents are sent out and signed on time as well as putting together marketing content for our properties when they come to the market.
