We are a small but dedicated team based in the estate office ‘BE Studios’ at 72 Southgate Road. The team is managed by Edward Benyon, who is the 7th generation of the family to look after the estate.

Our skills and expertise range from building surveying to landscape design, accountancy and carpentry; collectively, we aim to provide the highest quality of service to tenants across the portfolio.

We have a wealth of experience across the team, from people who have always worked in the world of property, including RICS-accredited buildings surveyors and diplomas in housing, and those who have grown their knowledge and careers at the Estate. Each and every one of us is a familiar face on the streets of De Beauvoir Town, and we work hard to ensure the smooth running of the estate and the best possible experience for our tenants.
