Building Surveyor
Steven works on a wide range of building projects across The Benyon Estate, ranging from residential refurbishments and extensions through to larger scale commercial refurbishments and new-build projects. He is involved with these undertakings from inception through to completion, working together with colleagues on the smaller projects and as part of a project team of external consultants on the larger developments that we undertake.
Prior to joining The Benyon Estate in March 2017 Steven worked in a similar role for another privately-owned estate in central London. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
“I very much enjoy my work and get a lot of satisfaction in working as part of a team and seeing buildings refurbished and remodelled,” he says.
