Works begins at 90 De Beauvoir Road
We’re happy to announce that the refurbishment works have started at 90 De Beauvoir!
The transformation of the four-story building is a pivotal part of the broader redevelopment of De Beauvoir Road and the creation of a 75,000 square foot commercial centre for De Beauvoir Town. This commercial centre includes the De Beauvoir Block, 98 and 100 De Beauvoir Road and 21, 23 and 23a Englefield Rd.
The refurbishment project focuses on adapting and sustaining the existing building to enhance accessibility, connectivity, and thermal performance. Integrated into the wider co-working community in the De Beauvoir Block, the building is set to host multiple businesses, breathing new life into its surroundings.
