On Friday, December 15, The Benyon Estate was pleased to welcome partners and contractors to a sparkling Christmas social at De Beauvoir Block.

With drinks and festive treats on hand, the team toasted to the hard work put in by all involved in The Benyon Estate and to its continued successes in 2017.

Edward Benyon, Estate Manager, said: “2017 has been another successful year for The Benyon Estate, with a number of new commercial tenants moving in to De Beauvoir Town, many of our residential properties enjoying a refurbishment, as well as welcoming some wonderful new team members into our office.

“The highlight for me, and I’m sure for many, has been the launch of this incredible new development, De Beauvoir Block, and we’re thrilled to see it continue to welcome high-calibre tenants that are all doing such incredible, creative work.”

Edward continued: “On behalf of myself and all of our team, I’d like to thank all of our partners, contractors, supporters and anyone who has helped to make 2017 such a great year for us. Here’s to an even more successful 2018.”

New commercial tenants moving to The Benyon Estate in 2017 have included Zebra Worldwide, Micycle, Ruuger & Ruuger, as well as local favourite Spice Island re-opening in its all new, bespoke premises.

The Benyon Estate was also pleased to see planning for a new primary school, flats and a retail unit on the site of a disused London fire station win unanimous permission, in a partnership between The Benyon Estate, the Education Funding Agency (EFA) and the Hackney New Primary School Trust. Many thanks to all who came out and joined the celebrations.
