Building Manager of De Beauvoir Block

Bianca has been a key part of the Benyon Estate team since 2019, first as our Residential Lettings Manager, before becoming the Building Manager of De Beauvoir Block in 2023.

Her previous experience includes managing lettings in a North London estate agency and working in health and safety for a national residential and commercial property consultancy. This has provided her with a wealth of experience in all aspects of property management and administration. 

As Building Manager, she is responsible for the delivery of exceptional service at The Block and is the first point of contact for our tenants. From general enquiries, to health and safety, to tenancy administration, her role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the space.

“My work is extremely varied, and I enjoy working as part of such a vibrant and highly focused team” Bianca explained. “There is a real sense of community in De Beauvoir Town that makes it a lovely place to work, and the Benyon Estate is at the heart of that.

“The businesses at the De Beauvoir Block are doing some fantastic work, and I’m pleased to support them however I can,” Bianca added.

Outside of work, Bianca’s free time is mainly spent with her family and young daughter, Edyn.
