Edward Benyon
Estate Manager
Leading the team from our Southgate Road offices, Edward’s role is to deliver on the Estate’s vision for placemaking to help De Beauvoir Town to thrive.
He is responsible for managing property development projects, delivering on commercial opportunities, and ensuring both commercial and residential tenancies are efficiently and effectively managed.
“Our focus is on bettering the Estate with the community in mind and I am determined to keep it going,” Edward explained. “It’s about looking after our tenants and really understanding this area and its needs.
“We strive to meet any challenge and solve any problem to make the experience of being a tenant of The Benyon Estate as comfortable and as seamless as possible.”
Bringing sound commercial acumen and extensive sector expertise, Edward ensures the smooth running of all aspects of the Estate’s operations.
With a passion for the care and protection of historic properties, Edward is Chairman of the Heritage of London Trust’s Patrons Committee, an independent heritage charity set up in 1980 by the Greater London Council to rescue historic buildings and monuments. He has served on its Board of Trustees since 2011.
