Residential Lettings Manager & Office Co-Ordinator

Gabriella Karpierz joined The Benyon Estate team in September 2024 as Residential Lettings Manager and Office Co-Ordinator. With previous experience working as a receptionist, Gabriella is used to the buzz of a busy office and managing multiple projects through her keen eye for detail and efficiency.

She is the main point of contact for our residential tenants and contractors. Her responsibilities cover all aspects of the Estate’s residential property, from pre-inspections to liaising with the maintenance team on any renovation work required.

She loves the mix of working in the Estate’s head office and managing property viewings for potential tenants, and helping new tenants settle into their home.

“I love the sense of community that De Beauvoir has to offer”, she said. “It’s like one big family, everyone knows each other and the people are so friendly and welcoming”.

Outside of work, Gabriella is a musical theatre performer and attends singing and dancing training in the evenings during the week.
