Lali Anderson
Residential Lettings Manager
Even before she took the job as residential lettings manager, Lali Anderson had a good idea of what life was like for tenants of the Benyon Estate - because she is one herself. Lali lives in a house in De Beauvoir Town with her mother and said the Estate is the perfect place to call home.
“I love it,” she said. “It’s the kind of place that could have been written in a book. It has such a sense of community and is very village-esque but with all the advantages of living in London.”
Joining the Benyon Estate team in 2023, her responsibilities cover all aspects of the Estate’s residential property, from pre-inspections to liaising with the maintenance team on any renovation work required, and from welcoming potential tenants for property viewings to settling new tenants into their home.
Lali graduated from the University of the West of England in Bristol with a degree in sports business and entrepreneurship. She grew up in rural Hampshire before going to university, but is delighted to be living in London.
Outside of work she is a talented netball player and played for England under-21 squad as an 18-year-old, travelling with the team to South Africa for the World Indoor Netball Championships.
“I’d like to start playing competitively again once I settle into the job,” she said. “I’ve played netball since the age of eight and I’m looking forward to finding a club nearby which I can join.”
