Head of Block Management and Utilities 

Louis is our Head of Block Management and Utilities and has been a key part of the team since 2021 gaining experience across different departments.

From dealing with commercial and residential tenant enquiries and managing tenancy communications, to timely and proactive administrative support to the Benyon Estate team, Louis enjoys the fact that every day is different.

“There are some really exciting commercial tenants here and what I enjoy most about my role is interacting with them all, learning about their work and providing the right support,” he explained. “It’s a busy place to work and you meet so many interesting people.”

Louis holds a degree in Politics and has a background in hospitality. Growing up in nearby Hoxton and now living in De Beauvoir, Louis loves the sense of community in the area. “It’s such a special place, you’d never know somewhere with such a village feel could be in London,” he adds.
