De Beauvoir Block Operations Manager

Paola D’Elio-Escarpa is our Block Operations Manager concentrating on building compliance and maintenance and ensuring all service contracts are delivered to the highest standards. Paola joined The Benyon Estate team in August 2024 as receptionist at The Block after several years working in the hospitality and creative industries. She took on her new role in March 2025.

She came to London from her native Spain in 2014 to study interior design at London Metropolitan University and, after completing her degree, worked as a photographic studio assistant and hotel receptionist before joining The Benyon Estate.

Outside of work Paola loves photography and drawing – sometimes combining the two disciplines to create original artwork. She says she would love to exhibit and has an Instagram page dedicated to showing off some of her work.

She has been struck by the friendly, community feel of The Block and the wider Estate. “It’s really nice to be in a space that feels community-focused where everyone seems to engage and build relationships with each other,” she said. Paola’s role is centred around meeting everyone’s needs at the Block, retaining and building on strong professional relationships with the business tenants.
