Remarkable women driving progress at The Benyon Estate
In tune with this year’s theme for International Women’s Day, Accelerate Action, we’re celebrating the remarkable women who drive progress and keep things moving at The Benyon Estate. We’re also excited to share a special maternity leave, introduce a new team member, and mark a fantastic upcoming work anniversary.
Paola is stepping into her new role of Block Operations Manager, having originally joined the De Beauvoir Block team in August last year. She supports building compliance and maintenance, ensuring all service contracts are delivered to the highest standard and meet everyone's needs.
Accounts Manager, Kathleen has been with us for almost ten years, overseeing all financial matters with expert precision and detail and producing vital financial reports.
As Digital Presence Manager, Iveta manages the marketing strategy for The Benyon Estate and De Beauvoir Block, overseeing all digital communications output and building awareness of the Estate’s activity.
Joining us in early March 2025, Block Community Manager Riley is our newest addition to The Block team. She is the first point of contact for visitors and tenancy enquiries, supporting our Block community; bringing a wealth of experience in the creative industries to her new role.
Sheanay, our Maintenance and Procurement Manager ensures that all Estate tenants receive the utmost care and support from us, dealing with repairs and maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
Residential Lettings Manager & Office Co-Ordinator Gabriella is the primary contact for our residential tenants and contractors, overseeing all aspects of the Estate’s residential property, from pre-inspections to liaising with the maintenance team on any renovation work required.

Annual fundraising gala returns to London's West End
The Eastside Educational Trust, chaired by our Estate manager Edward Benyon, is busily planning its annual fundraising gala which returns to London's West End on the 28th of April 2025 for what promises to be a fun-filled night.
Charlie gains hands-on experience as an electrician
Student Charlie Urquhart had a hands-on opportunity to road test his future career as an electrician thanks to a fortnight’s work experience on The Benyon Estate.
