Work is progressing at 90 De Beauvoir Road
Refurbishment work at 90 De Beauvoir Road is well underway to future-proof the building ready for our new and existing tenants.
Our team were given a sneak preview of the completed structural work on the four-storey building, which includes a new roof and window lintels.
The next stage of the transformation includes bringing the building to life with the installation of new windows, electrics and a staircase.
The project is a pivotal part of the broader redevelopment of De Beauvoir Road, which includes De Beauvoir Block, 98 and 100 De Beauvoir Road, and 21, 23 and 23a Englefield Road.

A specialist visual effects company has expanded its business into our commercial space at 98 De Beauvoir Road.

The Benyon Estate has commissioned a local artist to brighten up the hoarding boards around De Beauvoir Block, with uplifting murals reflecting the greenery and wildlife in the area.
