Celebrating a successful start to 2022
The creative community at the De Beauvoir Block has wasted no time in getting 2022 off to a successful start.
Our tenants have been hard at work to ensure that the year begins with a bang, producing impactful campaigns, celebrating award wins, and bringing plenty of new projects into the pipeline. Here’s some of the highlights.
Creative campaigns
Last year, Roar Artists’ Into the Wild exhibition opened to rave reviews. Now, limited edition prints are available exclusively on the Guardian Print Store, with a portion of the sales being donated to the World Land Trust. The art takes inspiration from both the beauty of the world around us and destruction it often faces, producing vibrant prints that truly make an impact. Visit the Guardian Print Store to get yours.
Photographic studio At Trayler has been celebrating the success of Rhiannon Adam, who won the British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain award. The image – Zachary and Albert – was named among the 100 winning images capturing the changing face of our nation. You can see more of At Trayler’s work here.
Small screen success
After the success of A Very British Scandal, which aired on the BBC in December 2021, the team at Sarah Crowe Casting are now working on Treason, a new Netflix mini-series starring Charlie Cox, Oona Chaplin and Olga Kurylenko that follows the complicated relationships of an MI6 spy. With the screenplay by the Oscar-nominated Matt Charman, and casting by the team at Sarah Crowe, it’s bound to be binge-worthy.
