King Henry’s Walk Garden Fair
King Henry’s Walk Garden hosted its annual Winter Fair earlier this month, inviting the community to enjoy a host of seasonal attractions. Children were able to visit St Nicholas in his woodland grotto, while there was also wreath making, children’s games, craft stalls and the popular tree decorating competition. The garden is open to the public each Saturday & Sunday between 12pm – 3pm.

Warm Wednesdays at St Peter’s De Beauvoir Church – every Wednesday from 10am-5pm
Scolt Head - Quiz nights are back on the first Monday of every month
Honey B Mama & Friends – Free New Year’s Eve gig at The Rosemary Branch
Festive singing at Dalston Curve Garden – Saturday 17th December at 6.30pm

A party powered by Gusty the wind turbine
It’s always good to host a party – but the event held on Benyon Estate land on Monday (November 4th) was a party with a purpose! In partnership with Octopus Energy and the pro-growth campaign group, Britain Remade, we welcomed journalists and guests from the energy sector to a Turbine Build Party to demonstrate the technology needed to tackle climate change.

The Benyon Estate is supporting a campaign to help remove planning barriers for the creation of new clean energy in urban areas. As a result of this there is a trial taking place on the yard at the rear of 62 and 64 Southgate Road.
