Cheers to our contractors
Our contractors came together for a fun-filled evening of socialising and celebrating at De Beauvoir Block, just in time for the festive break.
We have a fantastic group of construction teams, electricians, cleaners, gardeners, partners and more who do an incredible job across the Estate.
It was a pleasure to bring everyone together to thank them for their continued support and hard work, as well as celebrate everything that has been achieved in 2024, ready for the year ahead.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and to the Albers Team for creating a delicious menu featuring Chicken Curry, Beef and Black Bean Chilli, and a vegetarian Squash grating with salads.
The evening also provided the perfect opportunity to surprise Jennifer Benyon with a superb cake for her birthday.

A specialist visual effects company has expanded its business into our commercial space at 98 De Beauvoir Road.

The Benyon Estate has commissioned a local artist to brighten up the hoarding boards around De Beauvoir Block, with uplifting murals reflecting the greenery and wildlife in the area.
