Bright new look for Benyon Estate homes in De Beauvoir Town

Residential properties on the Benyon Estate are getting a fresh new look when they come up for refurbishment, thanks to an initiative from the Estate’s building team, supported by expertise from a leading interior design business!

The Estate carries out regular upgrades and improvements to its homes in De Beauvoir Town, providing tenants with comfortable modern facilities in beautiful heritage buildings.

But now those improvements come with a number of attractive new design features, thanks in part to the influence of mood boards produced by All&Nxthing Interiors, who also happen to be a commercial tenant of the Estate.

The main improvements include a revised colour palette, new styling of kitchens and bathrooms and a new range of floor finishes.

So far six properties have been refurbished using the new designs with a further three currently in progress.

Interior designers All&Nxthing have been based in the centre of De Beauvoir as tenants of the Benyon Estate for ten years and creative director Steve Nash said it was a pleasure to support the Estate with its new design code.

“Tastes are always evolving when it comes to interior design and so when the Estate said it was looking to update the design code for its property refurbishments we were happy to lend a hand and support them with some ideas,” he said.

“We know that providing comfortable and attractive places to live is a big part of what the Estate does. I am sure that the regular refurbishment of properties, taking account of the way interior design is developing, makes a big difference to tenants.”

All&Nxthing is based in a former laundry alongside the De Beauvoir Arms in Southgate Road and Steve, who lives nearby, said he had always admired the building and when it became available put in an offer to establish his business there.

The company, which employs three people full time and calls on local contractors for its projects, works mainly in and around London on residential design work.
